CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Canada Post "Lettermail"

• Cost ranges from $2.50 to $6.50 for envelopes weighing up to 500 g (1.1 lb). 

• Recommended for small quantity orders of our small wool felt products 

(like keychains, bookmarks, coasters, holiday decorations).

• No tracking. Please note, we are not responsible for lost / stolen mail.

• You will receive a confirmation email, once the order has shipped.

• Estimated delivery time: 2 - 12 business days.

Canada Post "Expedited Parcel"

• Cost ranges from $10 to $38 depending on your location in Canada for parcels weighing up to 3.5 kg (7.7 lb). 

• Recommended for bigger quantity orders of our bigger wool felt products (like seat pads, multi-purpose mats), or if you prefer tracking for your parcel.

• Tracking provided. Please note, we are not responsible for parcels that are lost / stolen, once proof of delivery is confirmed by Canada Post. 

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, once the order has shipped.

• Estimated delivery time: 2 - 12 business days.
