Returns Via Mail Or Drop-off

• Please note, we do not cover the return shipping cost and do not refund the original shipping cost of your order. 

• You are welcome to drop-off the package you are returning at our door, if feasible for you. 

• Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, to qualify for a refund.

• Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. Simply send us an email notifying us of the return. 

• Pack the products securely: You can use the bubble mailer that the products arrived in, another cushioned envelope or a box. 

• Once the products are received by us, a refund via Interac e-Transfer will be issued within 3 business days. You will receive an email with the details about your refund. 

 Issues With Your Order

• Inspect your order upon reception and email us within 30 business days of the delivery date, if anything is wrong with it, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wool Felt Decor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with the requirements above.
